At man made design, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
Items returned with stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sale or clearance items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
Gift cards
Items returned outside the return window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for size or color, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as man made design is not responsible for lost return packages.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at manmadedesign2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the item back within the given timeframe.
